The Story
Nespo an idea that was both intriguing and generally helped people look for concierge in an application. Qualified consignors provide personalized offers to their customers.
Challenge
The Nespo app platform came forward with the need for graphic support, it also needed product optimization in terms of user experience. The application wasn’t very accessible and didn’t inspire customer confidence.

Solution
The most important element was the definition of service elements to create the application workflow.
The next step was to simplify the application usage paths to a minimum. Based on the workflow developed, mock-ups for initial tests and further work on the graphic appearance of the application have been prepared. For better matching and profiling of users, a questionnaire consisting of 10 questions with individual illustrations was used.
